Your own SMTP accounts. One dashboard. A simple API.
HomepageOne clear promise, three steps and a one-click demo. Developers can jump straight to the API docs.
THE IDEA
An email platform that lets websites and apps send through their own SMTP accounts, from a dashboard or an API.
I designed and built OpenMail end to end. Teams connect the SMTP accounts they already own, then write emails in the browser or send them from their own websites and apps with an API key.
Behind the dashboard, every email moves through a queue with retries, rate limits and clear error messages, so it is always obvious what was accepted, what is waiting and what needs attention.

FRONTEND
The public website
A calm, minimal website that explains the product in one screen and lets visitors try a full demo without signing up.
API documentationFour steps from SMTP account to first email, with copy-ready examples for popular languages, attachments, scheduling and error handling.
BACKEND
The admin dashboard
The workspace customers use every day: what was sent, what is queued, what failed and why, all in one place.
OverviewTotal, accepted, queued and failed emails, the live sending queue and usage limits at a glance.
Emails and delivery statusFilter by pending, accepted, needs attention or cancelled. A failed email explains exactly what went wrong and how to fix it.
ComposeChoose the sending account, write in text or HTML, schedule for later and attach files.
Screenshots use demo data. Names, numbers and notes are fictional.
